Fitness & Personal Training Area

Our fitness spaces are directed by a team of experienced coaches who are at your disposal to provide advice based on your goals and physical fitness level.

PERSONAL TRAINING - Duration: 60 min.

Our goal: To understand your expectations and define your goals together. Indispensable for anyone staying at Clinique La Prairie for at least one week.

Your session: This session provides true personal care. It is held in the training room, swimming pool or outdoors, depending on your goals.


CARDIO TRAINING PACKAGE - Duration: 30 min.

Evaluation of your physical condition and preparation of cardiovascular programs based on your goals.

“PILATES” POSTURAL GYMNASTICS - Duration: 45 min

A course that aims to maintain muscle strength, restore functional harmony and better postural alignment. An ideal way to gently return to physical activity.

CLP GYMNASTICS - Duration: 45 min. (group course)

This course proposes a combination of techniques, including Pilates, yoga, Mezière etc.  It works on the essential qualities of stability and mobility.

AQUAGYM - Duration: 45 min. (group course)

This course held in the swimming pool works on your physical condition, coordination and muscle tone.  Ideal for those looking to lose weight or suffering from joint pain.

HYDROFORM - Duration: 35 min. (group course)

A combination of a moderate aquagym course and underwater hydromassage.  For your comfort, the session is held in a saltwater pool at 32°C. The deep massage and the movement of your limbs will generate a truly unique feeling of relaxation.

STRETCHING - Duration: 45 min. (group course)

This course is based on overall muscle stretching, for general relaxation and a greater range of movement.

THE TANITA TEST

Essential in a weight-loss program and for those wishing to evaluate their body composition, this analysis provides a clear and complete reading of the following measures:

  • weight
  • degree of body fat
  • degree of body water
  • base metabolism
  • bone and muscle mass

This test can be performed at the beginning or end of your stay.

THE VISCAN TEST

This system uses lasers and electrical bioimpedence to directly measure visceral fat, belly fat and the waistline.  This test can be performed at the beginning or end of your stay.


Yoga classes

Yoga is a personal development method suitable for everyone: for the healthy, the stressed, for athletes, the elderly, pregnant women and children.

INTRODUCTION TO YOGA - Duration: 60 min. (private course)

Our goal: For beginners, this introductory course presents the benefits of yoga.

Your session: Simple postures will help you better discover yourself. The advantage of yoga is that it becomes a part of all aspects of your being: physical, energy, mental and symbolic.

POSTURAL YOGA - Duration: 90 min. (private course)

Our goal: Relaxation, through the precise use of breathing in movement. Improve flexibility by harmonizing the tension between the various muscle chains. Restore proper movements by toning deep muscles.  This session is suitable for everyone.

Your session: This yoga is based on traditional postures to gently work the joints. It helps increase flexibility and ease tension for an immediate and long-lasting feeling of wellness.

DYNAMIC YOGA - Duration: 90 min. (private course)

Our goal: To eliminate fatigue, increase muscle mass and serenity. Ideal for energetic people.

Your session: Dynamic yoga helps you become aware of your breathing. Your mind relaxes, you reconnect with your body, and tension, stress, and energy are released.

EYE YOGA - Duration: 30 min. (private course)

Our goal: To free the eyes of tension through relaxation, using specific eye movements and visualizations.

Our Advice: Drink frequently because the eyes’ environment is liquid and must be renewed.

For your comfort and wellness: the pool, sauna, relaxation room and drinks are at your disposal between treatments.
