Hypnosis
Therapeutic Hypnosis
We are all familiar with hypnotic states: when we
drive our car on "autopilot", when we are "daydreaming", contemplating a
beautiful landscape or totally absorbed in a book, to the point of
forgetting where we are.
A hypnotic state is a modified state of consciousness, which can be induced intentionally by a therapist. It allows easier access to the subconscious in order to bring about rapid and deep change. All patients carry the answers to their questions and solutions to their problems within themselves.
It is important to underline that the patient maintains control and
that hypnosis focuses the conscious and psychic energy on a specific
subject. The patient will remember everything that happens during the
session.
The goal is psychic wellness and even to "become who you are", a concept so dear to Goethe.
